JOB OVERVIEW :

We are looking for an experienced Video / Multimedia Developer to join our engineering team and work on Android and Linux-based multimedia solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C++ and Java, Android Framework, multimedia development and automotive communication technologies. Experience working with MediaTek or Renesas Salvator-XS platforms will be highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design, develop and maintain multimedia/video applications and components for Android and Linux platforms.

- Develop and integrate multimedia features using C++ and Java.

- Work extensively with the Android Framework and platform-level components.

- Develop and integrate services and interfaces using AIDL and HIDL.

- Analyze and debug multimedia-related issues across application, framework and HAL layers.

- Work with automotive communication and validation tools such as Vector and CANoe.

- Integrate and validate software on embedded hardware platforms.

- Collaborate with embedded, Android, BSP, middleware and testing teams.

- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis and performance optimization.

- Participate in design discussions, code reviews and software development activities.

MANDATORY SKILLS :

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Multimedia, Video, Android or Embedded development.

- Strong programming experience in C++.

- Good hands-on experience with Java.

- Experience in Android and Linux development.

- Strong understanding of Android Framework.

- Hands-on experience with HIDL and AIDL.

- Experience with Vector and CANoe tools.

- Understanding of embedded and automotive multimedia systems.

PREFERRED SKILLS :

- Experience with MediaTek platforms.

- Experience with Renesas Salvator-XS boards.

- Automotive infotainment or cockpit experience.

- Knowledge of multimedia pipelines, video frameworks and hardware acceleration.

- Experience with debugging and performance analysis on embedded platforms.

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, hands-on and analytical, with experience working at the intersection of Android, Linux, C++ and embedded multimedia systems.
