Job Description :

- 17+ years in IT Services/Application Services, with deep BFSI and AMS/Managed Services experience.

- Lead large, complex application delivery portfolios across AMS, modernization, transformation and cloud.

- Manage large, multi-disciplinary teams across Delivery, Engineering, Architecture and PMO.

- Build trusted relationships with CIO/CTO/CDO-level clients and drive growth within existing strategic accounts.

- Strong technology, delivery and business leadership mindset; experience scaling capabilities in a high-growth environment.

- Managing 50M+ P&L (Multiple accounts).

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT delivery within the BFSI domain, with a proven track record of handling complex, multi-million dollar portfolios.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L, optimize operational costs, and drive revenue growth through efficient delivery management.

- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, including cloud-native development, microservices, and legacy system integration, specifically tailored for financial services.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical executive leadership and influence decision-making.

- Proven ability to lead and scale large, geographically distributed teams, promoting a collaborative and high-accountability work culture.

- A degree in Engineering or Computer Science, ideally complemented by an MBA from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation for both technical and business leadership.
