VP IT Delivery

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic VP IT Delivery to lead technology delivery, program execution, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT delivery, driving engineering excellence, ensuring successful project execution, and partnering with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Technology Delivery Management, Program Management, Agile Delivery, Stakeholder Management, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

IT Delivery & Program Management :

- Own end-to-end delivery of technology programs and enterprise applications.

- Manage project planning, execution, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.

- Ensure successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

- Establish governance models and delivery frameworks.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Lead and mentor engineering, development, QA, and delivery teams.

- Partner with business leaders, product teams, and senior stakeholders.

- Drive collaboration across technology and business functions.

- Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and expectations.

Agile & Process Excellence :

- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies across teams.

- Improve delivery processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.

- Implement engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Track delivery KPIs, performance metrics, and improvement areas.

Technology & Transformation :

- Support digital transformation initiatives.

- Oversee enterprise application development and modernization programs.

- Drive automation, cloud adoption, and scalable technology solutions.

- Ensure compliance, security, and technology governance standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in IT Delivery Management / Program Management.

- Experience managing large technology teams.

- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery expertise.

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Exposure to Cloud, DevOps, Digital Transformation initiatives.

- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in BFSI / Product / Technology-driven organizations preferred.

- PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications preferred.

- Strong experience managing enterprise-scale technology programs.

Education :

- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
