Role Overview :

As the Head of Enterprise Architecting, you will serve as the primary technical visionary, steering the organizations digital evolution. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge technology, working closely with C-suite executives, product engineering teams, and external clients to define the long-term IT roadmap. Your day-to-day involves overseeing high-level system designs, ensuring architectural integrity across diverse platforms, and driving digital transformation initiatives that directly impact business scalability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the overarching enterprise architecture strategy to align technological investments with long-term business goals and digital transformation objectives.

- Lead the design and implementation of robust microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions to enhance system agility and performance for global clients.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale IT programs, ensuring that system architecture remains scalable, secure, and cost-effective throughout the development process.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring transparency and alignment across all organizational levels.

- Direct the adoption of industry-standard frameworks like TOGAF to standardize architectural practices and improve governance across the enterprise.

- Spearhead presales efforts by providing high-level architectural guidance and technical thought leadership to win strategic enterprise deals.

- Monitor and optimize application performance management protocols to ensure high availability and seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex enterprise-grade systems, with a deep technical foundation in Java and modern cloud computing environments.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation programs, balancing technical rigor with business-centric decision-making.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural concepts to non-technical executive leadership and influence strategic outcomes.

- Strong command over TOGAF and other architectural frameworks, coupled with the ability to adapt these methodologies to fit the unique needs of a fast-paced business environment.

- Extensive experience in managing high-performing, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of mentorship, innovation, and technical excellence.
