We are hiring a seasoned Vice President Data Modelling & Analytics to drive complex data transformation initiatives within the Wealth Management domain. This role requires a strong blend of data analysis, advanced data modelling, and financial services domain expertise.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, delivering high-quality data artefacts and scalable data solutions across core banking and investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support enterprise data transformation programs.

- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

- Translate business needs into structured data models and technical solutions.

- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

- Perform detailed data mapping, gap analysis, and reconciliation.

- Ensure governance of metadata, naming standards, and data artefacts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams in an Agile environment.

- Provide strategic input into solution design and effort estimation.

- Develop deep understanding of end-to-end user journeys and system integrations.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of strong experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modelling.

- Strong Financial Services domain knowledge, preferably in Wealth Management.

- Hands-on experience with core banking or wealth platforms such as Avaloq or Temenos (or similar).

- Experience integrating CRM, portfolio, and transactional data.

- Strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling.

- Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, data mapping, and database design.

- Solid understanding of data governance and metadata management.

- Strong SQL skills; experience with GCP BigQuery preferred.

- Experience with data modelling tools such as Erwin or Visual Paradigm.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Self-driven with strong ownership mindset.

- Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment platforms (financial services background)

Preferred Background :

- Exposure to reconciliation solutions and cross-system data integration.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
