Job Designation : AVP/VP IT Business Analyst / IT Strategy

Position Reports to : Head IT

Job Profile :

Assist/Lead in technology implementation and digital transformation projects for customer journey & construction management.

Must be Co-ordinating with business spocs & strategy team throughout the product development lifecycle for scope and timely inputs.

Drive system adoption initiatives.

Location : Mumbai

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT projects & strategy.

- Knowledge of current IT trends and emerging technologies.

- Proven track record in managing large projects and teams.

- Salesforce Real Estate experience MUST.

Experience : 10 -20 Years

Major Role & Responsibilities :

- Assist in developing and implementing IT programs that align with organisational objectives.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives and system adoption across business functions.

- Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder inputs.

- Ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

- Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
