Position Summary :

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale IT integration and application development projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies, PMLC, SDLC, and strong project financials and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of application development, modernization, and enterprise integration projects.

- Manage all phases of PMLC and SDLC.

- Develop and maintain project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, communication plans, and status reports.

- Drive project execution using Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, infrastructure, and vendors.

- Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

- Establish vendor accountability and monitor deliverables.

- Identify project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.

- Translate technical concepts for executive-level communication.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, project scope, schedule, and budget.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise IT projects.

- Proven success in delivering large-scale, end-to-end application development and systems integration programs.

- Strong expertise in Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

- Comprehensive understanding of PMLC, SDLC, project governance, risk management, and change management.

- Domain Alignment : Understand insurance workflows like policy administration, claims, and underwriting.

- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost controls.

- Vendor management and third-party oversight.

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Experience with Project Charters, Risk Management Plans, Budget Tracking & Forecasting Reports, Project Schedules & Governance Documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex dependencies.

- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance or Financial Services industry.

- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred but not required.
