Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Veeva Lead with strong expertise in Veeva Vault and QMS to drive implementation, customization, and support initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience along with team leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Veeva Vault and QMS solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Configure and customize Veeva Vault modules as per business needs.

- Drive quality processes and compliance aligned with industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, and IT stakeholders.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team.

- Ensure smooth system integration with external applications and platforms.

- Handle issue resolution, system enhancements, and performance optimization.

Key Requirements :

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Veeva Vault.

- Strong expertise in Veeva QMS module.

- Proven experience in team handling / lead role.

- Good understanding of life sciences / pharma domain (preferred).

- Experience in configuration, workflows, and document management within Veeva.

- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with regulatory and compliance processes.

- Knowledge of integrations and APIs.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
