Role Overview :

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation and support of Veeva CTMS solutions for our clients. As a Veeva CTMS professional, you will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to configure, customize, and maintain Veeva CTMS applications. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of clinical trial management processes, ultimately helping our clients bring life-saving therapies to patients faster.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Veeva CTMS to meet specific client requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.

- Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop functional specifications for Veeva CTMS implementations.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Veeva CTMS applications, resolving issues and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance.

- Develop and deliver training programs for Veeva CTMS users, empowering them to effectively utilize the system and improve their clinical trial management workflows.

- Participate in validation activities, including the creation of test scripts and execution of testing protocols, to ensure the quality and compliance of Veeva CTMS implementations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Veeva CTMS features and functionalities, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new capabilities to improve client outcomes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to configure and customize Veeva CTMS applications to meet specific business requirements.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or life sciences.

- Adaptability to work remotely and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.

- 4 - 8 years of experience working with Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS),Veeva.
