Role Overview :

As a Veeva CRM Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge Veeva CRM solutions for our clients in the Life Sciences industry. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical architectures.

Your expertise will ensure the successful delivery of Veeva CRM implementations that drive improved sales force effectiveness, enhanced customer engagement, and ultimately, better patient outcomes. This role demands a deep understanding of the Veeva platform, coupled with strong architectural skills and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect comprehensive Veeva CRM solutions that align with client business objectives and industry best practices.

- Lead technical design sessions and workshops with clients to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, design patterns, and technical documentation to ensure consistency and maintainability across Veeva CRM implementations.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend Veeva CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations to optimize system performance and functionality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure seamless delivery of Veeva CRM solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Stay abreast of the latest Veeva CRM features and functionalities, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them to improve client solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Veeva CRM implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development, to showcase our Veeva CRM expertise.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Veeva CRM solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations.

- Proven expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Strong understanding of Veeva data model, security model, and integration capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Veeva CRM certification is highly desirable.

- Adaptable to work in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune.
