Role Overview :
The Pre Sales Manager role at Vara Infrovate is a critical position responsible for driving the technical sales process and ensuring successful customer acquisition. This role involves working closely with the sales team, prospective clients, and internal technical experts to understand customer needs, develop tailored security solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations. The Pre Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in translating complex technical concepts into business value, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Vara Infrovate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential cybersecurity opportunities, ensuring alignment with Vara Infrovate's strategic goals.
- Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their security challenges, infrastructure, and business requirements.
- Develop and present customized cybersecurity solutions, including EDRM, Endpoint Detection & Response, iAM, and IT Security Strategy, that address specific client needs and demonstrate the value of Vara Infrovate's offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase the capabilities of Vara Infrovate's security solutions.
- Respond to technical inquiries from clients and provide expert guidance on cybersecurity best practices and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral, including proposals, presentations, and white papers, to effectively communicate the value proposition of Vara Infrovate's solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity technologies, including EDRM, Endpoint Detection & Response, iAM, and IT Security Strategy.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, risk management frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Experience working in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry.
