We are looking for a skilled and motivated VAPT Consultant with hands-on experience in Red Teaming to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate should have a strong offensive security mindset, proven expertise in identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities, and the ability to simulate real-world attack scenarios.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform Web, API, Mobile, and Network VAPT assessments

Conduct Red Team engagements, including adversary simulation and attack emulation

Identify, exploit, and validate vulnerabilities using manual and automated techniques

Execute phishing simulations, privilege escalation, and lateral movement exercises

Deliver detailed security assessment reports with risk ratings and remediation steps

Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to fix and re-test vulnerabilities

Stay updated with the latest threat landscape, tools, and attack techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in VAPT and Red Teaming

- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) Mandatory

- Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, and MITRE ATT&CK framework

- Hands-on experience with tools such as : - Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus / OpenVAS, Cobalt Strike / BloodHound / Mimikatz (for Red Teaming)

- Experience in Active Directory exploitation and post-exploitation techniques

- Good knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Linux/Windows), and scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell)

Good to Have :

- Certifications like CRTP, CRTO, CEH, eJPT

- Experience with cloud security testing (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Exposure to SOC operations or Blue Teaming
