About the Role
Vantive is seeking a highly motivated - Lead Finance Applications & Systems Transformation (FAST)- professional to support :
- Finance systems operations
- Finance master data enablement
- Finance transformation initiatives
The role spans key finance domains including :
- Accounting-to-Report (A2R)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Finance Master Data
- SOX & Controls
This position operates within the - GFAM organization- and focuses on ensuring that finance applications are :
- Operationally stable
- Audit compliant
- Close-ready

The role will collaborate closely with :
- Finance teams
- IT teams

- Controls teams
- FAST Analysts

The ideal candidate should possess :
- Strong ERP finance systems experience
- Understanding of finance processes and controls
- Experience in transformation and operational stabilization initiatives
Key Responsibilities :
1. BUILD Functional Support, KT Enablement & Change Delivery
Functional & System Support :
- Support functional design activities for finance application configurations, posting logic, integrations, and embedded controls within assigned finance domains.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into :
- Functional specifications
- Test scenarios
KT & TSA Exit Readiness :
- Support Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities and TSA Exit readiness initiatives.
- Ensure sustainable operational ownership within the FAST organization.
Documentation & Governance :
Assist in developing and maintaining operational documentation, including :
- SOPs
- Runbooks
- Playbooks
- Job Aids
- Decision Trees
- Exception Handling Guides
Additional responsibilities include :
- Supporting documentation governance
- Managing audit evidence aligned with SOX requirements
Testing & Release Management
- Participate in :
- Functional testing
- UAT coordination
- Defect tracking
- Release readiness activities
- Support finance-impacting projects and system enhancements with minimal disruption to financial
close and reporting processes.
2. RUN Operational Stability & Controls
Operational Support :
- Support operational stability of finance applications and finance master data within assigned domains.
- Ensure smooth and repeatable financial close cycles.
- Incident & Defect Management
Participate in :
- Incident management
- Defect triage
- Functional issue resolution
- Perform root-cause analysis and validate fixes before deployment.
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to :
- SOX controls
- Audit requirements
- Finance operational standards
- Collaborate with FAST Analysts and managed service teams to support tiered operational support
models.
3. OPTIMIZE Continuous Improvement
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to :
- Improve finance system processes
- Reduce manual activities
- Enhance operational efficiency
Standardization & Automation
- Support standardization of :
- Finance application usage
- Controls

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree required
Experience :
5-7 years of experience in :
- Finance Systems
- ERP Support
- Finance Transformation
- Finance Operations Enablement
Functional Knowledge

Technical & Operational Skills :
