Senior Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Finacle Core Banking implementation, customization, configuration, and integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of banking business processes and technical expertise in Finacle scripting, PL/SQL, and API integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end solution design and implementation, translating business requirements into functional and technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and deployment of Finacle modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Implementation : Lead end-to-end Finacle Core Banking implementation, including requirement analysis, solution design, functional specifications, gap analysis, and module configuration.

- Requirement Gathering : Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand banking requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Customization & Development : Develop and maintain customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL to meet specific business requirements.

- Core Banking Modules : Configure and support Finacle modules such as CASA (Current Account and Savings Account), Term Deposits (TD), and Loans.

- API & System Integration : Design, develop, and support API integrations between Finacle and external banking applications or third-party systems.

- Batch Processing & Technical Support : Manage batch job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues.

- Menu & Parameter Customization : Perform Finacle menu customization, parameter configuration, and other technical enhancements as required.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and regression testing.

- Deployment & Production Support : Coordinate deployments, provide post-implementation support, and ensure smooth functioning of Finacle applications.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project managers to manage deliverables, timelines, and implementation milestones.

- Documentation : Prepare functional specifications, technical design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and implementation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Finacle Core Banking, preferably in techno-functional consulting and implementation.

- Strong expertise in Finacle configuration, customization, and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with API integration and interfacing between Finacle and external systems.

- Good understanding of banking products and processes, particularly CASA, Term Deposits, and Loans.

- Experience in batch processing, job scheduling, monitoring, and production issue resolution.

- Experience in functional design, gap analysis, SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead technical and functional delivery activities.
