Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Finacle implementation, solution design, requirement workshops, and gap analysis.

- Design, configure, and customize Finacle 11 architecture and product components.

- Develop and maintain Finacle scripts, custom APIs, menus, MRT/Jasper reports, and batch jobs.

- Manage Finacle integrations using Finacle Product APIs, Custom APIs, Finacle Integrator, and Connect24.

- Support EOD/BOD operations, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Work with banking modules, including CASA, Term Deposits (TD), Loans, and Digital Onboarding/Digital Banking products.

- Lead UAT, deployment, production support, and resolution of complex technical issues.

- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery.

- Conduct technical reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, testing, and architecture governance.

Required Skillsets :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years of hands-on Finacle Core Banking product experience.

- Strong expertise in Finacle 11 architecture, customization layers, configuration, and customization frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Finacle scripting, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and report development.

- Expertise in custom menus, MRT/Jasper reports, batch jobs, EOD/BOD, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Strong knowledge of Finacle Product APIs, Custom APIs, Finacle Integrator, Connect24, and system integrations.

- Functional knowledge of CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, banking processes, and digital banking products.

- Experience in solution architecture, client interactions, requirement analysis, and delivery management.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, unit testing, documentation, security standards, and production support.

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
