Job Summary :

Work as a Lead for GW ClaimCenter Configuration and GW Integrations. The candidate would work as an individual contributor as well as a lead for the team that analyzes requirements, analyze incident/ defects/ problems to identify root cause, work on new enhancements, and projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Guidewire ClaimCenter integration solutions.

- Support application enhancements, production support, maintenance, and new project implementations.

- Design and implement integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and third-party/vendor systems.

- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams on Guidewire best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, integration best practices, and quality guidelines.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Work within Agile Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration and Integration Development.

- Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integration.

- Good understanding of First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and end-to-end insurance claims handling processes.

- Experience integrating Guidewire applications with third-party/vendor systems.

- Strong knowledge of Guidewire Cloud concepts and architecture.

- Experience working with Guidewire data models.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum teams.

- Experience working in a Global Delivery Model environment.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
