Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend + AI Engineer who can design and build scalable backend systems integrated with modern AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Django, and hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI systems. You will be responsible for building production-grade AI-powered applications, integrating LLM workflows into backend services, and optimizing model performance for real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and Django.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to serve AI-driven applications.

- Develop AI-powered workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

- Implement Prompt Engineering techniques for optimized LLM outputs.

- Design and deploy Agentic AI systems (multi-step reasoning, tool usage, memory handling).

- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases.

- Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific use cases.

- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into backend systems.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with product, data, and frontend teams to deliver AI-driven features.

- Ensure security, authentication, logging, and monitoring best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- 36 years of experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Django (mandatory).

- Experience working with LLMs and Prompt Engineering.

- Strong working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.

- Experience building Agentic AI systems.

- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs.

- Strong understanding of API design and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
