Key Responsibilities :

Stakeholder Management (Internal & External) :

- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

- Facilitate regular communication, aligning expectations and addressing concerns proactively.

- Manage senior-level stakeholder reporting and steering committee updates.

Team Management :

- Lead and mentor cross-functional SAP project teams, including functional consultants, technical teams, and external partners.

- Define roles and responsibilities, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Communication :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

- Produce clear project documentation, status reports, and executive summaries.

- Present project updates confidently to technical and business audiences.

Resource Planning & Management :

- Create and maintain detailed resource plans, aligning project requirements with team capacity.

- Monitor resource utilization and adjust assignments to meet changing project demands.

Project Lifecycle Management (Kickoff to Go-Live) :

- Lead project initiation and planning activities, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and risk assessments.

- Oversee design, build, testing, deployment, cutover planning, and hyper care phases.

- Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are achieved according to the project plan.

Project Management Methodology :

- Apply best practices from SAP Activate, PMI, or Agile frameworks as appropriate.

- Establish and enforce processes for scope management, change control, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

- Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SAP Solution Manager) for planning and tracking.

Resource Loading & Timesheet Management :

- Manage team workload balancing across project phases.

- Review and approve timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project budgets.

- Monitor and report resource utilization to project sponsors and finance teams.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or masters degree in business, IT, or related field.

- 5+ years of SAP project management experience across multiple end-to-end implementations.

- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and team leadership.

- Strong knowledge of SAP project methodologies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira) and timesheet tools.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certification preferred
