About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced React Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in modern React along with the ability to mentor teams and drive frontend best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development of complex React applications and UI architecture

- Build scalable, reusable components using React 18/19, Hooks, Context API

- Manage global state using Redux / Recoil / React Query

- Collaborate with backend teams for API integration and data flow

- Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality delivery

- Mentor junior developers and guide the team technically

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of frontend development experience with strong React.js expertise

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern React patterns

- Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time UI concepts

- Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS / Material UI and responsive design

- Experience with Vite / Webpack, Git, and CI/CD workflows

- Hands-on experience with Jest / React Testing Library

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Experience :

- 6+ years in front-end development
