Role Overview:

Lead UX/UI strategy and digital design direction for web and app products while owning the Design System end-to-end. Establish scalable design standards, governance, and reusable components to ensure consistent experiences across multiple markets and products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define UX/UI strategy and digital design direction aligned with business goals and user needs.

- Own the Design System architecture, governance, component library, tokens, and long-term scalability.

- Maintain consistent brand and UI standards across multiple markets and digital products.

- Establish design standards and reusable foundations for designers and developers.

- Create polished, responsive, and accessible web and app experiences.

- Validate design decisions through usability testing, data, and experimentation.

- Manage Figma-to-development handoff and conduct design QA to ensure design accuracy.

- Develop documentation and guidelines to drive consistent Design System adoption.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align on design strategy and product goals.

- Mentor designers and provide creative direction where required.

- Explore AI-driven and automated design approaches to improve design delivery efficiency.

- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2 AA.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong senior-level experience across UX, UI, and Design Systems.

- Impressive portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design for complex digital products.

- Proven experience developing and maintaining Design Systems, preferably across multiple markets or white-label products.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, component libraries, variables, design tokens, and prototyping.

- Strong understanding of Design System governance, versioning, contribution workflows, and documentation.

- Extensive experience designing for both Web and App platforms.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams on design handoff and design QA.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience validating designs through usability testing, data, and experimentation.

- Experience mentoring or providing creative direction to other designers.

- Strong understanding of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.2 AA.

- Familiarity with AI-driven or automated interface design approaches.
