UX Researcher - Product Design

What you will do :

- 5+ years hands-on UX/Product Design experience

- Complex B2B workflow experience - ideally 3+ years designing for expert/enterprise users

- Strong problem discovery & research - can independently interview users and extract useful insights

- Strong interaction/workflow design - can simplify information-dense, multi-step workflows and able to design interactive UI

- Excellent communication & storytelling - can clearly explain problem - insight - design decision - outcome

Nice to have :

- Designed/worked on AI native projects

- Experience with AI explainability, confidence, evidence/citations, corrections and feedback loops

What we are not looking for :

- Primarily visual/UI designer without strong UX/problem-solving depth

- Primarily B2C/growth/marketing design background without complex workflow examples
