About the Role :

We are looking for a UX Researcher (Usability Testing & Product Validation) who specializes in testing product concepts, validating user workflows, and identifying usability gaps before development.

This is NOT a UI/UX design role the focus is on user behavior, usability testing, and early-stage product validation through wireframes and prototypes.

What Youll Do :

Usability Testing & Validation :

- Conduct usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation sessions with users

- Identify usability issues, friction points, and workflow gaps early in the product lifecycle

- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

User Workflows & Experience :

- Define and evaluate user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows

- Break down product ideas into testable user scenarios and hypotheses

- Ensure intuitive and user-friendly experiences before development begins

Prototyping for Testing :

- Create low to mid-fidelity wireframes and prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)

- Build prototypes purely for experimentation and usability validation (not final UI design)

Iteration & Insights :

- Iterate workflows and concepts based on user feedback, testing insights, and behavior patterns

- Continuously improve product experience through data-driven decisions

Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams

- Validate feasibility of concepts early and reduce rework in later stages

- Align product decisions with user insights and testing outcomes

What Were Looking For (Must Have) :

- 2+ years of experience in UX Research / Usability Testing / Product Validation

- Strong hands-on experience in usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation

- Experience designing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows

- Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch / InVision or similar tools

- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking

- Ability to identify friction points and improve user experience through testing insights

- Experience translating business requirements into testable concepts and prototypes

- Background in B2C digital products (fintech, e-commerce, consumer apps preferred)

Good to Have :

- Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation frameworks

- Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis)

- Familiarity with design systems or product analytics tools
