UX Researcher

Position : UX Researcher

Experience : 3-5 Years

Preferred Industry : Automotive (Plus / Added Advantage)

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, and field studies.

- Perform secondary research such as competitor analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking.

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop personas, journey maps, and research reports.

- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to inform product decisions.

- Present research findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience.

- Validate concepts, prototypes, and product enhancements through iterative research.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in UX Research for digital products.

- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

- Experience planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies.

- Proficiency with usability testing and UX research tools.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.

- Experience in the Automotive domain is an added advantage
