Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled User Experience (UX) Engineer to create and refine prototypes and user experience solutions that are intuitive, engaging, and technically feasible.

The role involves translating design concepts into tangible prototypes, conducting user research and usability testing, and collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the final product aligns with user needs and design intent.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop prototypes that optimize the overall user experience.

- Translate design concepts into practical and interactive prototype solutions.

- Apply user-centered design principles and methodologies throughout the design process.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.

- Analyze user feedback and iterate designs based on research findings.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.

- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with the intended user experience.

- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to UX-related challenges.

- Work independently and develop expertise in UX design and prototyping.

- Balance design intent, technical feasibility, and user requirements while developing solutions.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

- Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing

- Ability to analyze user feedback and translate insights into design improvements

- Strong understanding of UX workflows and design processes

- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with development teams

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Educational Qualification :

- Minimum 15 years of full-time education required.
