UX Director/Head

Job Title : UX Director / Head of UX (Experience Design)

Location : Bangalore / Pune

Experience : 10 to 15 Years

Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned UX leader to drive end-to-end experience design, lead high-performing teams, and shape impactful digital experiences at scale.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead UX strategy, research, and design for complex digital products

- Drive end-to-end UX lifecycle: research - ideation - design - testing - delivery - optimization

- Translate user insights into intuitive, scalable design solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)

- Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and design thinking sessions

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing UX teams

- Ensure design excellence and consistency across products

- Contribute to business growth through impactful experience design

Must-Have Requirements :

- 10+ years in UX / Experience Design (8+ for high-growth product backgrounds)

- Strong leadership experience managing UX teams and large-scale projects

- Expertise in user research, usability testing, and UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean UX)

- Proven experience designing complex user journeys and digital ecosystems

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Current role should be Lead level or above (for product companies)

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and problem-solving

- Design graduate from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS, etc.)

- Experience in product-based companies (B2C preferred)
