UX Designer (Mid-Level / Middle) - Offshore

Engagement : Full-time/ Contract

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer to support the design and enhancement of digital products by creating user-focused designs aligned with business goals. This role will work under the guidance of senior designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on requirements and UX guidelines

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement UX solutions

- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations

- Ensure designs follow established design systems and accessibility standards

- Support UX research activities and documentation

- Participate in design reviews and Agile ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3- 5 years of UX design experience

- Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and execution

- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design

- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

- Experience working in Agile environments

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively with offshore teams
