Role Overview :

As a User Experience Designer based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for shaping the digital footprint of our client-facing platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-impact user interfaces. Your day-to-day will involve balancing aesthetic precision with functional logic to ensure that every interaction serves a clear business purpose, ultimately driving user engagement and operational efficiency across our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping, to ensure seamless user journeys.

- Conduct rigorous usability testing and heuristic evaluations to identify pain points and optimize existing workflows for better performance.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation align with the established UX strategy.

- Integrate emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, into design solutions to automate user tasks and enhance personalization.

- Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in User-Centered Design principles with 3 to 6 years of professional experience in creating scalable digital products.

- Advanced proficiency in Figma for rapid prototyping, component management, and collaborative design workflows.

- Strong understanding of Interaction Design and Human Computer Interaction (HCI) to create interfaces that are both accessible and intuitive.

- Proven ability to develop a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns user needs with overarching business objectives.

- Exceptional communication skills to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders and advocate for the end-user.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, managing multiple project timelines with high attention to detail.
