UX Designer - Figma

Job Title : UX/UI Designer (Enterprise Products)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for enterprise products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to simplify complex workflows and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens.

- Simplify complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.

- Create and maintain design systems and reusable components.

- Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.

- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Around 5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably with enterprise products.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.

- Good understanding of UX principles and interaction design.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred / Added Advantage :

- Experience with IoT platforms or real-time data dashboards.

- Degree or diploma in UX/UI or related fields.

- Background or coursework in psychology or human behavior.
