Role snapshot :

Experience: 14+ years overall, with a significant share running program/project management for Workday (or comparable large ERP/HR tech) implementations.

Certification: Workday certification not required; PMP and/or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is a strong plus.

Must-have skills :

- Experience building and managing an integrated program plan across multiple workstreams (functional, technical, data conversion, testing, organizational change management).

- Strong RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) management discipline.

- Experience running governance cadence: steering committee reporting, status calls, milestone tracking.

- Comfortable managing cross-timezone coordination between offshore delivery teams and onshore/global clients.

- Working knowledge of standard PM tooling (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar).

Key responsibilities :

- Own and maintain the integrated program plan and schedule across all workstreams.

- Manage the RAID log and drive resolution of risks/issues to closure.

- Run the governance cadence: status reporting, steering committee updates, milestone tracking.

- Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies between functional, technical, data, and testing teams.

- Track resource allocation and utilization across the engagement.

- Support the Engagement Manager on commercial tracking (SOW milestones, burn rate, change order status).

Good to have :

- Experience with Workday-specific implementation methodology, prior offshore-onshore coordination experience, data/reporting skills for program dashboards.
