ServiceNow Solution & Technical Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution & Technical Architect to lead architecture, solution design, and technical delivery across enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

The candidate should combine strong platform architecture experience with hands-on implementation knowledge, customer-facing solution leadership, and practical exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities, particularly Now Assist.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end solution and technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and transformation programs.

- Lead architecture and design across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, and broader ServiceNow platform capabilities.

- Design and guide implementation of Now Assist and other ServiceNow AI capabilities.

- Conduct discovery and solution workshops with business, technology, security, architecture, and operations stakeholders.

- Translate business and non-functional requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs, integration patterns, data models, and implementation roadmaps.

- Provide technical direction for configurations, customizations, scoped applications, workflows, integrations, automation, and platform extensions.

- Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven patterns.

- Review solution designs and code, identify technical risks, manage technical debt, and ensure alignment with ServiceNow leading practices.

- Establish architecture governance covering security, performance, scalability, data privacy, and responsible use of AI.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- 12-16 years of total IT experience, with substantial experience delivering ServiceNow solutions.

- Proven experience performing both ServiceNow Solution Architect and Technical Architect responsibilities.

- Strong hands-on understanding of the ServiceNow platform, data model, security, and deployment lifecycle.

- Implementation experience with Now Assist and/or other ServiceNow AI capabilities.

- Experience leading customer workshops, architecture discussions, and design reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).

- Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM), and at least one additional CIS certification.

- Exposure to AI integration patterns, LLM APIs, AI SDKs, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

- Experience in consulting, managed services, or large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
