Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Unqork Team Lead to lead enterprise solution design, development, and delivery on the Unqork platform. The role requires strong hands-on Unqork expertise, technical architecture skills, team leadership, and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions using Unqork.

- Own technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Unqork developers.

- Work with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

- Drive delivery timelines, code quality, and technical standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams on enterprise integrations and solution delivery.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years of recent hands-on Unqork experience.

- Proven experience leading enterprise Unqork implementations.

- Experience managing or mentoring development teams.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, APIs, and integrations.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in B2B Tech Consulting, IT Services, or AI Tech Consulting.

- B.Tech / BE / M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.

- Willingness to work EST shift (9 : 30 PM 6 : 30 AM IST) when required for US clients.

- Preferred : Active Unqork certification.
