Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform.

- Own technical architecture and best practices across projects.

- Mentor and manage a team of Unqork developers.

- Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations.

- Drive delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of total experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience on the Unqork platform.

- Prior experience leading or mentoring a development team.

- Experience owning technical architecture and best practices across projects.

- Experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations.

- Strong grasp of enterprise application design, APIs, and integrations.

- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

- Background in B2B Tech consulting, B2B Tech services, or AI Tech consulting.

- Willingness to work during EST shift (9.30 PM-6.30 AM) as required by the client.
