POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance BPM solutions using the Appian Low-Code platform.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications including SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.

- Translate business requirements into well-architected and maintainable Appian applications.

- Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Appian Connected System & Integration Objects.

- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Appian best practices.

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.

- Support application deployment and provide post-production maintenance.

GOOD TO HAVE :

- Appian Level 1 or Level 2 Certification.

- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.

- Experience working with Appian versions 21.2 through 25.1.

EDUCATION:

- Bachelors degree or masters in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
