Own and scale Univests Mutual Fund product journey across discovery, onboarding, transactions and portfolio experience. Work closely with tech, compliance, operations and growth teams to build compliant, intuitive and high-impact MF products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end MF product lifecycle : ideation, PRD, launch and optimization

- Design user journeys for MF investing, SIPs, redemptions and portfolio insights

- Collaborate with tech (backend, app), compliance and ops to ensure smooth execution

- Drive product metrics : adoption, conversion, AUM growth and retention

- Stay aligned with SEBI, AMFI and RTA integrations and regulatory changes

- Analyze user behavior, market trends and competition to improve offerings

Requirements :

- 4 - 7 years of product management experience in fintech / MF / broking

- Strong understanding of Mutual Fund ecosystem (AMCs, RTAs, KYC, transactions)

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-growth startups

- Data-driven mindset with strong communication and execution skills
