Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and support enterprise network solutions based on approved HLD and LLD documents.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain core network infrastructure in line with standard configurations.
- Support virtualized network services, including virtual firewalls, routers, and load balancers.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance and availability issues.
- Assist in firewall management, including policy configuration and security rule updates.
- Support load balancing solutions for enterprise applications.
- Act as a Tier-1 / Tier-2 escalation point for network-related issues.
- Work closely with senior engineers and architects to support ongoing network operations.
- Participate in customer interactions for issue resolution and service delivery support.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4 - 5 years of experience in enterprise or service provider networking.
- Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts (BGP, OSPF, VLANs).
- Good knowledge of the TCP/IP stack and basic packet-level troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Cisco ASA/FTD, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Juniper SRX.
- Exposure to load balancers like F5, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), or A10.
- Understanding of enterprise switching technologies (Cisco Nexus, Arista).
- Knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN).
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts; Azure networking exposure preferred.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- CCNA / CCNP (preferred).
Good to Have :
- Basic exposure to IPv6.
- Familiarity with NSX-T, VXLAN, or EVPN.
- Exposure to public cloud networking (AWS, GCP).
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Python, Ansible).
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, OpenStack).
