Key Responsibilities :
- WMS Integration Support : Provide expert business analysis support for WMS integration projects, ensuring all requirements are captured, documented, and aligned with client needs.
- Requirements Elicitation : Gather and analyze detailed business requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for integration teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, project managers, and client-side business users, to facilitate seamless system integrations.
- Integration Solution Design : Work with technical teams to design optimal integration solutions, particularly involving EDI, WMS, and ERP systems.
- Testing & Validation : Support testing efforts for integrations, including UAT, ensuring that integrated systems meet business requirements and perform as expected.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and technical specifications.
- Problem Solving : Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to system integrations, acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams.
- Supply Chain Domain Expertise : Leverage a strong understanding of supply chain systems and processes to provide valuable insights and ensure integration solutions support end-to-end business flows.
