Job Description:

Hiring UiPath Solution Architect & Team Manager.

Role Summary:

Lead the design, delivery, and support of UiPath automation solutions while managing the RPA team, ensuring successful project execution, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design scalable, secure, and reusable UiPath automation solutions.

- Review solution architecture, process design, and code quality.

- Lead end-to-end RPA delivery from requirements to production support.

- Manage and mentor the RPA development and support team.

- Plan resource allocation, task assignment, and delivery schedules.

- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and governance.

- Drive technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and provide timely escalations.

- Monitor project progress, quality, SLAs, and team performance.

- Support presales activities, effort estimation, and solution proposals.

- Promote continuous improvement, automation standards, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.

- Good understanding of APIs, databases, web services, and system integrations.

- Experience with source control (Git/Azure DevOps) and CI/CD practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.

Experience:

- 8 to 12+ years of IT experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development.

- 2+ years in Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.

- Experience managing RPA development and support teams.
