About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Solution Architect who can combine deep RPA architecture expertise with client relationship ownership, commercial understanding, and Agentic Automation.

This is not a developer to architect transition role. We are looking for someone who has already operated as a Solution Architect, owned client conversations, shaped deals, defended ROI, and made architectural decisions across complex automation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, requirements, and automation opportunities.

- Design end - to - end RPA and Agentic Automation architectures using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, AI Center, and related components.

- Act as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for clients.

- Own client conversations around solution feasibility, architecture, scope, timelines, risks, and automation value.

- Build and defend ROI cases covering cost, time, productivity, and headcount benefits for non - technical stakeholders.

- Size and scope automation engagements, including effort, timelines, and pricing implications.

- Challenge unrealistic scope or timelines and propose technically credible alternatives.

- Guide development teams on architecture, reusable components, governance, and technical approach.

- Review and sign off on PDDs and SDDs, ensuring architectural feasibility, completeness, and solution soundness.

- Own the RPA lifecycle from assessment and design through build, deployment, post - go - live, and scale - up.

- Identify opportunities to expand automation beyond the immediate project scope.

- Make architectural decisions on Document Understanding, Agentic AI, human - in - the - loop workflows, and traditional bot - based automation.

- Advise clients on UiPath capabilities, platform limitations, and how UiPath compares with alternative automation approaches.

- Manage technical escalations, delivery risks, and complex stakeholder conversations independently.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 6+ years of total RPA/Automation experience, including 4+ years in UiPath solution design and architecture ownership.

- Must have previously held a Solution Architect role at another organization.

- Proven ownership of client relationships, deal shaping, architectural sign - off, and commercial discussions.

- Strong experience across the complete RPA lifecycle: assessment, design, build, deployment, and post - go - live scale - up.

- Experience independently interpreting business requirements and converting them into scalable automation solutions.

- Proven ability to build and defend automation ROI/business cases with non - technical stakeholders.

- Experience with deal sizing, effort estimation, timelines, pricing considerations, scope negotiation, escalations, and delivery risk management.

- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and AI Center.

- Architectural level familiarity with Document Understanding and Task Mining.

- Hands on/design level experience with Agent Builder / Maestro and Agentic Automation architecture.

- Experience making architectural decisions around autonomous agents, human - in - the - loop workflows, and standard RPA bots.

- Experience owning PDD and SDD review/sign - off and guiding development teams on solution design, reusable components, and governance.

- Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
