Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer with 6-8 years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate should have experience automating business processes, integrating enterprise applications, and delivering scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using the UiPath platform.

- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend suitable RPA solutions.

- Develop reusable automation components and workflows following UiPath best practices.

- Integrate bots with enterprise applications, databases, web services, APIs, and third-party systems.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement enhancements.

- Maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to deliver automation projects.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, security, and compliance guidelines.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills :

- 6-8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath RPA Development.

- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.

- Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and best practices.

- Experience with UiPath components such as Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and REFramework.

- Knowledge of exception handling, logging, debugging, and bot optimization.

- Experience integrating automation with databases, Excel, web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- UiPath certification (Associate or Advanced Developer).

- Experience with OCR, Document Understanding, AI Center, or Intelligent Automation.

- Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting (VB.NET, C#, or PowerShell).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to cloud-based automation platforms is an advantage.
