About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UiPath Administration, infrastructure management, database administration, and ServiceNow, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of automation environments. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the complete automation platform lifecycle, from administration and configuration to maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

1. UiPath Platform Administration :

- Administer and maintain the enterprise UiPath platform to ensure high availability and operational efficiency.

- Configure and manage UiPath environments, users, robots, and orchestrator settings.

- Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity to ensure uninterrupted automation services.

2. Infrastructure Management :

- Manage and support Windows Server environments hosting UiPath components.

- Perform platform upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.

- Coordinate infrastructure activities to ensure platform stability and scalability.

3. User & Access Management :

- Create, modify, and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.

- Implement security best practices and ensure appropriate access controls.

- Support authentication, authorization, and governance policies.

4. Platform Maintenance & Support :

- Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring.

- Troubleshoot platform issues, investigate incidents, and provide timely resolutions.

- Support production environments and ensure adherence to operational SLAs.

5. Database & Application Support :

- Manage database connectivity and support platform-related database activities.

- Collaborate with application teams to resolve integration and performance issues.

- Ensure backup, recovery, and database maintenance activities are completed successfully.

6. ITSM & Service Management :

- Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities through ServiceNow.

- Maintain accurate documentation for platform configurations and operational procedures.

- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and development teams.

7. Automation Platform Operations :

- Support end-to-end automation deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

- Assist in release management and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in UiPath Administration

- Experience managing UiPath Orchestrator

- Knowledge of Windows Server Administration

- Experience with Database Administration and connectivity

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow

- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
