- 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a UiPath Developer or in a similar RPA development role, delivering end-to-end automation solutions across various business functions.

- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation workflows, along with solid experience in managing bots through UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling, monitoring, logging, and asset management.

- In-depth understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts, lifecycle, best practices, governance standards, and implementation methodologies.

- Experience in developing attended and unattended automation solutions, including REFramework-based projects for scalable and maintainable bot development.

- Strong knowledge of UiPath activities, variables, arguments, data types, selectors, debugging techniques, exception handling, and logging mechanisms.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python to enhance automation capabilities and integrate with external systems or custom components.

- Experience integrating UiPath solutions with third-party applications, APIs, databases, Excel, web applications, and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM).

- Strong understanding of workflow optimization, process analysis, and documentation, including preparing PDD (Process Design Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document).

- Experience in version control systems and deployment management, ensuring code quality and adherence to development standards.

- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing bots, ensuring performance optimization, reliability, and minimal downtime.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
