Mandatory :

- Strong UI/UX Product Designer Profile (UX-first focus)

- Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design roles with a strong focus on UX (user flows, journey mapping, usability) from a product company background

- Must have hands-on experience in end-to-end design process including user research, persona creation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs

- Must be strong in Figma and/or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch) with practical exposure to creating UI designs and prototypes

- Must have experience working cross-functionally with product managers, developers, or business teams

- Product companies (B2C preferred)

- Must have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX process (user research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, final designs); preference for candidates with live product work (web/app) demonstrating real-world impact

- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Candidate must be willing to complete a design assignment as part of the hiring process (non-negotiable)

Preferred (Skills) :

- Understanding of design frameworks, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create aesthetically consistent and user-friendly interfaces

Role & Responsibilities :

We are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) who can design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. Youll collaborate across teams to cultivate user journeys that feel seamless, purposeful, and impactful like well-tended paths across a growing field of fintech innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

User Interface (UI) Design :

- Design visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with brand guidelines and product goals.

- Create detailed layouts, icons, illustrations, and design systems ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.

User Experience (UX) Design :

- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to understand user needs.

- Translate insights into intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving product goals.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Partner with product managers, engineers, and business teams to bring ideas to life.

- Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Design Systems & Standards :

- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design principles

Software & Design Skills :

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (basic front-end familiarity preferred).

- Familiarity with accessibility standards, interaction design, and motion design principles.
