The Role :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Product Designer with 2 years of experience to take ownership of our core product design system and user journeys. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and front-end engineers to turn complex analytics and AI features into seamless, pixel-perfect interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Design : Own the complete design lifecycle from user research, wireframing, and low-fi sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and design hand-offs.

- Dashboard & Data Visualization : Design intuitive, high-density data dashboards, charts, and navigation flows tailored for enterprise supply chain operators.

- Design System Scaling : Build, maintain, and scale our core UI design system in Figma to ensure design consistency across web applications.

- User Testing & Iteration : Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate quickly based on user behavior and product metrics.

- Engineering Collaboration : Partner hand-in-hand with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution and smooth implementation of designs.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements) :

- Experience : Around 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably building B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise dashboards, or data-heavy applications.

- Design Tool Mastery : Deep proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design system practices.

- User-Centric Mindset : A strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, data visualization skills, and a clear understanding of user experience principles.

- Communication Skills : Excellent ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

- Work Arrangement : Fully committed to working from our Gurgaon office, 5 days a week.
