About the Role :

- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will understand user needs, design seamless journeys, and deliver visually appealing interfaces that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and/or mobile applications

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders

- Translate complex requirements into simple and elegant design solutions

- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI consistency

- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving

- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices

- Experience in designing responsive web and/or mobile applications

- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through visuals and presentations

- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS)

Good to Have :

- Experience designing dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or SaaS products

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

- Knowledge of interaction design, micro-interactions, and animations

- Exposure to product analytics and user behavior tools

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Design to implementation
