Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer with strong expertise in both UX design and frontend development to build intuitive, scalable, and high-performance interfaces for AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be experienced in designing complex workflows, dashboards, and data-driven applications while developing modern web interfaces using React and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and enterprise workflows.

- Build responsive web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.

- Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and AI-assisted user experiences.

- Create Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows for AI validation and decision support.

- Integrate frontend applications with APIs and AI services.

- Collaborate with Product, AI, Backend, and Design teams.

Required Skills:

- 5-8 years of UI development and UX design experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience building enterprise, workflow-driven, data-intensive applications.

- Good understanding of UX principles, usability, and information architecture.

- Experience with Figma, Redux/Zustand, REST APIs, and data visualization libraries (Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js).

Preferred:

- Experience with AI-powered applications, OCR/IDP platforms, analytics dashboards, or conversational interfaces.
