About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with over 4 years of experience in crafting engaging, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and modern design tools, and will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that clearly illustrate product functionality.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Maintain and enhance design consistency across platforms and devices.

- Present design concepts and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and UI/UX best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.

- Strong understanding of responsive design, color theory, typography, and design systems.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
