Job Description :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 34 years of experience, preferably in the FinTech domain, to design intuitive, secure, and user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing web and mobile applications for financial platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design user-centric UI/UX solutions for web and mobile FinTech applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to improve user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with FinTech regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Translate complex financial workflows into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Continuously optimize user experience based on analytics and user feedback.
Required Skills :
- 34 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, or Investment platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
- Knowledge of secure UX patterns for authentication, KYC, dashboards, and transactions.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints is a plus.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with B2C/B2B FinTech products.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to design systems and token-based UI.
Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
