Role & Responsibilties :
- Work directly with CTO and other founders to redefine the online home exploring experience. Essentially build a spinny for homes.
- Design internal tools to drive SOPs, Analytics, Decision Making and coordination among multiple business teams, operation teams and channel partners
- Design the state of art real estate intelligence tool - TruIQ
Were Looking For Someone Who Has :
- Proficiency in sketch / figma and has designed both web and web/app UIs
- Strong interpersonal skills and who can work directly with engineers, and other business leaders
- Balanced mindset when it comes to functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Ability to design experiences which are at least 2 steps higher than what exists
