UI/UX Designer - Photoshop/Adobe XD

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications (iOS & Android), from concept to final implementation.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience.

- Develop visually appealing designs using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, After Effects, and other prototyping tools.

- Translate complex concepts and requirements into elegant, intuitive designs.

- Apply HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for rapid prototyping.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, techniques, and best practices.

- Lead design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

- Work within Agile/Scrum development processes, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and design planning sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design for web and mobile applications.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design capabilities, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.

- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, After Effects, and other visual design tools.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap for rapid prototyping.

- Strong knowledge of web and mobile platforms (iOS & Android) and their design guidelines.

- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

- Hands-on experience in design systems, interaction design, and motion/animation design.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior designers and lead design initiatives.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies in a product development environment.

- Knowledge of modern prototyping and testing tools beyond Adobe suite
