UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Description :

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can translate complex technical and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design processfrom research and ideation to final deliverywhile collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and analyze technical, business, and user requirements to create effective design solutions.

- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept, wireframes, and prototypes to final UI delivery.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

- Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction flows.

- Design high-fidelity UI mockups, design systems, and reusable components.

- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and interaction patterns.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment.

- Translate designs into clear specifications and assets for development teams.

- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability results, and business goals.

- Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.

Design & Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

- Ability to create interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews.

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend constraints is a plus.

Business & Collaboration Skills :

- Ability to translate business objectives into meaningful user experiences.

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to explain design decisions.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
